2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and execute document conversion, editing, and AI-powered processing features.

3. AI Data Processing and Commitments
Our Service utilizes advanced AI features powered by trusted third-party AI interfaces, specifically DeepSeek.
- Strict No-Training Commitment: In alignment with Section 3.2 of our Terms of Service, your User Content (including uploaded documents, text inputs, and prompts) sent to the AI interface is processed solely to generate the requested output for you. We and our AI service providers do not use your User Content to train, retrain, or improve any underlying AI or large language models.
- Exclusivity: AI processing is ephemeral, and data transmitted to the AI provider is protected under strict confidentiality and security protocols.
4. Data Retention and Deletion (Session-Based)
We respect your control over your data and do not maintain permanent storage of your temporary documents.
- User Content (Documents & Chats): Your uploaded files, processing inputs, and AI-generated outputs are stored temporarily in connection with your active chat session. There is no separate document deletion button; instead, deletion is entirely controlled by you. When you delete a session or chat history, all documents, contents, and associated files within that session are permanently and immediately deleted from our servers.
- Account and Transaction Data: We retain your account email and basic transaction records (excluding sensitive payment credentials) for as long as your account remains active or as required to fulfill our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
- Residual Copies: You acknowledge that even after immediate deletion from active servers, residual copies of your data may temporarily remain in our secure backup systems or encrypted logs for a commercially reasonable period due to technical and operational limitations, before being routinely overwritten.
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with service providers involved in delivering our Service:
- AI Service Providers: We securely transmit necessary text or document data to DeepSeek API endpoints exclusively to generate your AI processing results.
- Payment Processors: All payments and subscriptions are handled globally by 2Checkout (Verifone), our merchant of record. Depending on your location, 2Checkout directly collects and secures your payment information (supporting Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and local payment methods such as Alipay for users in Mainland China). Our system only receives a de-identified transaction status token.
- Infrastructure Services: We utilize secure cloud infrastructure providers to store and temporarily process data.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
- Third-Party Liability: While we use trusted service providers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the independent data processing acts, privacy practices, or security breaches of these third parties.
6. International Data Transfers
We operate globally. Your information, including User Content, may be transferred to, processed, and stored on servers located outside of your state, province, or country, where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.
7. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information and User Content from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. All file transfers and data communications are encrypted using HTTPS/SSL protocols. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request the deletion of your account information. You can manage your account profile and delete your active chat sessions (and their associated documents) at any time through the Service's user interface.
9. Dispute Resolution
